Shipping delivery policy

Please review shipping and delivery policies when completing a purchase. By placing your order, you agree to the terms/conditions set forth on this website. This policy applies to all orders placed on alchemybath.com.

What are my shipping options? 

We offer both USPS and UPS shipping options. There are multiple options for each service. The four most popular options include:

USPS ground advantage 4-5 day. Shopify calculated rates at checkout.

USPS priority 2-3 day. Shopify calculated rates at checkout.

UPS ground saver 4-5 day. Shopify calculated rates at checkout.

USPS three day select 2-3 day.  Shopify calculated rates at checkout.

Theft / Loss Policy

To prevent potential theft and/or loss, please opt for signature delivery or arrange secured location drop off, i.e. UPS retail location hold or USPS local office hold. Alchemy bath is not responsible to replace lost or stolen items once delivery confirmation is provided. For orders totaling $100 or more, please opt for additional Insurance at checkout. Alchemy bath is not responsible to reimburse customers above the included $100 shipment Insurance. 

International delivery

Please note we may be subject to various rules/restrictions in relation to international deliveries. You may be subject to additional taxes and/or duties as regulated by international law. In such cases, you are responsible to comply with applicable laws, paying any additional costs, duties or taxes put forth by country of destination.
