The carriers of this fragrance include herbs and flowers grown that add the intention and manifestation through the seasons. Starting with the rebirth during Spring Equinox (Ostara), I collected dandelion, forsythia, violet leaf. Midpoint between the equinox and solstice also known as May Day,Festival of Floralia and Beltaine- I collected wild rose and peony flowers, dogwood blooms and lilac blossoms. Then during Midsummer Solstice collected calendula, wild rose, mimosa blooms. During the Autumn Equinox I collected Tulsi, hollyhocks and once again, surprisingly lady Syringa left me some more Lilac blooms. The intention of this fragrance is served as a reminder of the cyclical nature of the death and rebirth of all things. We are now past the harvest and preparing for the slumber. This fragrance is a reminder that will keep us with comfort and joy as we enter the winter months. Their smell of sweet flowers and warmth of the sun are always right around the corner. This is that reminder.
